Pope's Hill
Site Description:

So named after a visit to St. Lucia on 7th July 1986 by His Holiness Pope John Paul 11, when he held an open-air Mass for the faithful of St. Lucia from a temporary altar, built at the high-point of the site – some 35 feet above sea level.

It comprises 14.53 acres (5.88 hectares) of land, with some 1,480 feet of frontage onto the Rodney Bay lagoon, of which approx 1,237 feet is useable for mooring boats. In that respect, The Owners have secured a 99 year Lease over the water-frontage and its ‘sea-bed’ to secure its development with finger piers etc. for the safe and secure dockage of future Owner’s boats.

Connections to all main utilities – Water, Electricity, Mains Sewerage, Telephone & CATV – are available at various points on the site boundary.

Zoning is Residential and/or Tourist Commercial.
